  1. Is there Cash on Delivery (COD) service available?

     Yes. We offer COD service for all orders inside Dhaka. For orders outside of   Dhaka - we require full advance payment by bKash. 

  2. Can I pay in advance and send products as a gift? 

     Absolutely! We offer custom packaging (as per request) and extra charge   for any gifts. You can easily make payment to us by bKash and we will   pack your gift and send it over to your favourite person.

  3. What service do you use for delivery? 

    We have partnered with the best courier service companies in Dhaka including Pathao, eCourier etc. For outside Dhaka orders we also take support from SA Paribahan and Sunderban. Customers do have the option to specify a particular service of their choice if needed.

  4. How long does delivery take typically?

    Usually 90% of our local deliveries (inside Dhaka & surrounding areas) are successfully delivered within 1-2 days. For orders going to rest of Bangladesh - delivery is typically achieved within 2-3 days.

  5. How busy does it get during Eid holidays? 

    It definitely gets very busy during both Eid holidays, so it's highly recommended to place your orders ahead of time to avoid delays or even missed packages.

  6. Do you accept international payments?

    Yes we do! We currently support any debit/credit cards (with Visa, MasterCard or American Express) from anywhere in the World
